Owner and Guest Information

You will be aware of the current situation with Coronavirus.  We are taking this very seriously.  We understand the situation is developing daily and is very different in other parts of the country which are more densely populated.  As long as the official government advice doesn’t restrict us opening then we will remain open.

The health and safety of our staff, Owners and guests is our absolute priority and we are monitoring the situation surrounding coronavirus closely, and on a regular basis.  Our priority at this time is to keep all our customers safe and informed.

Our Park is located in a rural area away from densely populated cities with very few enclosed public areas.  We have a lot of open space for guests to walk and enjoy fresh air and all accommodation has its own parking space.

We are doing everything we can to ensure you have a worry-free, safe, break away from all the pressures we are facing at present.

Hygiene and cleanliness have always been important to us and we are taking extra steps on top of our normal cleaning procedures and following government guidelines regarding the coronavirus to prevent the spread.

To minimise your chances of catching the coronavirus, there are a number of steps you can take to protect yourself, your family, our staff and others:

  • As far as possible keep all communications with us by phone or email.
  • When chatting to people outside try to stay several meters away from one-another.
  • Always keep with you hand sanitizer, tissues and small plastic bags to put used tissues in (for instance doggie-poo-bags).
  • Keep anti-bacterial spray or wipes ready to hand, in cars as well as shoulder bags and in your home.

If you think that any members of your party coming to Coastal Kippford may possibly have contracted the COVID-19 virus you must not come.  This is even the case if any of your party have been in close proximity to people who may have contracted the virus themselves.  We are so sorry to have to make this requirement but the health of our staff and the population of our village and neighbourhood must be our primary concern.

If you are already on Park please ensure that you inform us by telephone or email, if at any stage, there is a suspected or confirmed case of coronavirus in your holiday home.  It goes without saying that we sincerely hope you never have to make that call, however in order to prevent further spread of the virus and risk to park staff and other visitors, we ask for your cooperation in this matter.
