Own your own slice of the coast

Not every caravan park in Dumfries and Galloway is created equal. Coastal Kippford sits on a hillside above the seaside village of Kippford, where the Solway Firth meets ancient oak woodland. It is open all year round, dog-friendly, and home to a small community of holiday home owners who know what it means to find a place that genuinely restores you.

The park has held the David Bellamy Gold Conservation Award for 20 consecutive years, a recognition of the care and dedication that goes into every corner of the grounds. Red squirrels pass through. Tawny owls call after dark. The stars, away from the light pollution of any major city, are extraordinary.

Whether you are considering owning a holiday home here, renting for a week or two, or simply arriving with a touring caravan, Coastal Kippford offers something increasingly rare: genuine peace, in a genuinely beautiful place.
