The Boston Lodge is a popular model due to its spacious open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The large living space has numerous windows and sliding patio door taking full advantage of the views.
The lounge has freestanding sofas (one with pull out sofa bed) and contemporary fireplace, ideal for cosy nights in.
At the heart of the Boston is a large feature kitchen with all the integrated appliances you will need to feel truly at home – a modern five-burner hob, stylish extractor hood, oven and grill, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave oven.
The lodge has three bedrooms: a master bedroom (with kingsize mattress) with walk through wardrobe to the en-suite shower room; second bedroom with double mattress, and a third bedroom which is a good sized twin room. All bedrooms have good built-in storage. The family shower room completes the layout.
Externally, the lodge benefits from a side deck and lovely decked area to the front with stunning views and beautiful sunsets of an evening. There is also private parking to the front of the lodge for two cars and additional parking close by.
This lodge is for sale fully furnished. The current Owners have made several improvements to the lodge during their ownership:
