This two bedroom model has a beautiful open plan living area with panoramic views from the twin patio doors – ideal to take advantage of the newly developed pitch at the top of the Park. The lodge provides space, comfort and relaxation for those well-earned breaks.
The lodge is entered via the utility room, ideal for popping off your shoes and jackets after a day out and about. It has vinyl flooring, units and wall cupboards with high gloss doors, sink and drainer with mixer tap and a freestanding washing machine.
The lounge has two upholstered freestanding sofas (one of which has a pull out bed) with co-ordinated scatter cushions, fabric foot stool, feature mirror, feature picture and electric fire. The dining area has a freestanding table with six chairs.
This kitchen is extremely well-equipped with integrated fridge and freezer, integrated dishwasher, oven and grill, high level combination microwave, five burner gas hob, cooker extractor hood and chrome wine rack.
The master bedroom is delightful. It has a king size divan bed with HYPNOS® mattress, co-ordinated headboard and bedding set. It has generous storage and last but by no means least a beautiful en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom (a twin) has divan bases with storage, HYPNOS® mattresses, upholstered headboards and bedding sets. It is very well proportioned with central bedside unit and fitted full height wardrobe.

This lodge will be available to view from Monday 23 July 2018. Demand for lodges is high so early viewing is essential. Viewings available 7 days a week. The price includes the lodge, siting and decking.
