We offer a range of lodges and static caravans for sale, from well-kept pre-owned holiday homes to brand-new models from leading manufacturers including Willerby, Victory, ABI, and Swift. Every holiday home is sited with care. Many have landscaped plots, dry-stone walling, and verandas positioned for morning light or evening sun. Siting, decking, and connection to mains services are all included in the purchase price.
What ownership looks like
Holiday home owners at Coastal Kippford can visit as often as they like, throughout the year. There are no booking restrictions and no minimum stay. Your home is yours to use: for weekends, for weeks at a time, for a month in autumn when the forest turns. Some owners come monthly. Others come for long stretches in summer and again at Christmas. Most tell us, eventually, that they wish they had done it sooner.
Your six steps to ownership
1. Come and look
Visit the park in person, at your own pace. We are open seven days a week from 9am to 5pm, and happy to arrange evening viewings if that suits you better.
2. Book a viewing
We will show you around available properties and help you find the right fit: size, position on the park, outlook, and budget.
3. Find your holiday home
Take your time. There is no pressure. We want you to be certain.
4. Place your deposit
A 10% deposit secures a home already on the park. New builds ordered from a manufacturer require a 25% deposit, with the balance due on delivery. You will receive our Purchase Agreement, produced in line with HARPA industry guidance, before any money changes hands.
5. No hidden costs
We will walk you through all annual costs, including pitch fees, before you commit. There are no surprises.
6. Move in
We handle the setup. You arrive, we do the full handover, and from that point on this is your place.
Earn from your holiday home
