Pet friendly caravan parks are ideal for many people who are reluctant to holiday if it means leaving their four legged friend behind, either with family or friends, or having to check their dog into kennels.
At Coastal Kippford we welcome dogs on Park and encourage Owners and Guests to exercise their dogs on the many beautiful coastal and forest walks right on our doorstep.
Kippford village has two lovely pubs, both dog friendly.
There are many beaches (sand and shell) in the local area where dogs are welcome.
Please do keep your dog/s on a lead when on the park, exercise and toilet your dog away from the park, and bring doggie bags with you so you can remove any droppings.
Please don’t leave your dog home alone if you go out — it’s not fair on the dog, and potential howling will be unfair on your park neighbours.
We do love cats but unfortunately they are not encouraged at the Park, due to our conservation concerns. If brought they may only be kept inside the holiday home. They are not permitted to be on verandahs or patios or exercised outside unless on a lead.
Other small pets which live in a cage, aquarium or similar may be permitted. Please contact us to discuss this option.
