PURCHASE WITH INITIAL RENTAL INCOME, OPTIONS TO CARRY ON RENTAL OR MAKE PRIVATE
Rental caravans are homes that were purchased new and are currently being let for short term holidays and owned by Coastal Kippford. These holiday homes have been on the rental market since late 2023 and are all very well kept.
When purchasing, there are 2 options:
- To purchase straight away. Retain the bookings and gain the income, then use the holiday home when there are no bookings. After this, you can continue to rent out personally or stop future rentals.
- Buy the home with a future move in date after the last rental so as it is your private holiday home the day you receive the keys.
