This lodge is for sale fully furnished. All kitchen appliances including the hob, oven/grill, microwave, fridge freezer have been replaced with new in December 2021, as have all electrical appliances and fittings throughout the Lodge.
In Feb 2022, all mattresses were replaced with new Emma memory foam versions. All living and diningroom furniture as well as soft furnishings were also replaced at this time.
A new combi boiler was installed in March 2017 and new carpets were fitted throughout in November 2020.
